Do I have to book?

Yes, all classes need to be booked in advance – you can do so by emailing me at emilydaviesyoga@gmail.com.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat? 

Yes. Due to COVID-19 you are required to bring your own mat, and any yoga props you will need.

Do I need to wear a face mask? 

Only on entry and exit to the hall, you will not be required to wear one during the live class.

How will your class be COVID-19 secure?

Everyone will bring their own yoga mats and props, students are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitiser, although I will provide some upon entry. All door handles and light switches will be wiped down and the venue is cleaned after every use. I will also do a temperature check on each student upon entry to the venue, and will be documenting who comes to each class for track and trace. You will also be required to wear a face mask upon entry and exit and the room will be kept well ventilated.

What do I wear to a yoga class?

Please wear comfortable clothes that you are able to stretch in, and bring a warm jumper to put on at the end of the class for relaxation.

What if I am pregnant?

If you wish to attend one of my classes please discuss with me first, having checked with your medical adviser.

What if I haven’t done any yoga before?

Don’t worry! My classes are for mixed abilities, and my playful style makes yoga accessible for everyone… because it’s a lot of fun!

How long should I leave between eating and coming to class? 

I’d recommend you practise with as little food in your stomach as you can, perhaps 2-3 hours after a light snack and 3-4 hours after a larger meal.
