An Evening of Yoga and Essential Oils29th November 2019

I’m teaming up with yoga teacher and doTERRA advocate Francesca Yogini to bring you an evening of yoga and essential oils.

Discover the healing benefits of essential oils and how they can be used to not only enhance your yoga practice but also to transform your health.

– A few drops of essential oils in the diffuser can be used to lift spirits or calm a mood, help you sleep and release stress.

– Topical application allows the oils to be absorbed by the skin, soothing aches and pains.

– There’s also huge benefits to ingesting oils too – with many natural plants having so many healing properties.

So if you’re interested in learning more about how you can bring more emotional and physical balance to your body through aromatherapy with dõTERRA essential oils, then contact me to book your space.

The amazing Francesca will be assisting with hands on application of the oils through massage, plus she will be using them to make raw chocolates and popcorn, and we’ll be serving up some herbal teas too!

Spaces are limited to 12 people, and must be booked in advance, cost is £20 per person, mats and props are provided.

Please note that places are non refundable unless we are able to fill your place.
